ODE at Wivelsden 5th June - help much needed PLEASE!

We are running our first Horse Trials at Wivelsden on 5th June and need your help with the following. Please email me c.cook578@btinternet.com  or text 07795547712.    Thursday 2 June 6pm -  Roping arenas and cross country course.    Saturday 4 June 10am -  Setting up showjumping course.    Sunday 5 June -  Dressage steward  8.30-12  Dressage steward  12-3.30  Show jumping tack check   1-4.30  Show jumping steward 1-4.30  3 X country stewards 10-1.30  3 X country stewards 1.30-5  Arena party for showjumping.  Clearing up at end of day - as many people as possible!    We can't run these events without your help so please please give us a few hours of your time. I look forward to hearing from you.  Anne
