Helpers for 17th May

Dear All

 

As you are aware we are running our Hunter Trials at Wivelsden Farm on Sunday 17th May.

 

As always, we are not able to run the event without help.

 

If you are able to help with setting up prior to the event we would be very pleased to hear from you!

 

If you are able to help on the day please let me know ASAP.

 

I am looking for:

2 x car park stewards for the morning

2 x car park stewards for the afternoon

1 x refreshment runner for the morning

1 x refreshment runner for the afternoon

1 x commentator for the morning

1 x commentator for the afternoon

1 x commentator's assistant for the morning

1 x commentator's assistant for the afternoon
