Tetrathlon

Eridge PC TET on 24th May:

 

Congratulations to all the competitors at Sunday's TET. This was a well supported and well run event.

Results were as follows:

 

Cygnets class 9 (32 in the class)

    Theo Collins - 6th (1st in the run section)

    Martha Lillicrap - 7th

 

Mini mini girls class 8

    Romilly McLean - 2nd

 

Mini mini boys class 7

    Ethan Collins - 2nd

 

Mini girls class 6

    Ellie Wood - 7th

    Charlotte Subedar - 6th

 

A fabulous day for all concerned. This event definately had the most challenging XC course so far. It would be fantastic if more members where to join us so that we could field a full team of 3 or 4 competitors in some of the classes. Please do contact me for a chat if you might like to have a go. The events are fun & friendly.

 

Shoot Practice

This is on at Taylors Gun Club in E Grinstead on Tuesday evenings from 5:30pm onwards. Gemma Cosens, who shoots for England, will be at training this Tuesday so please come along for some expert advice. I shall be there with my boys this Tuesday if anyone wishes to bring entries for the upcoming competitions along.

Sunday 28th June - East Sussex Pony Club TET. Please see attached schedule.

 

Sunday 5th July - Crawley & Horsham Pony Club TET. Please see attached schedule

 

Saturday 25th July - Area 11 TET - Shoot & Swim at Tonbridge School Leisure Centre

Sunday 26th July - Area 11 TET - Ride & Run at Eridge Park.

 

If you would like to enter for any of these classes then please email nicky.collins@waitrose.com and then send cheque for the appropriate amount (as listed on the schedule) made payable to the branch of the pony club that is running the event. Post to Dr N Collins, Five Acres, Theobalds Rd, B Hill, W Sx, RH15 0SX.

 

Please state any special requests such as whether the child requires as outside lane for the swimming, whether you have your own gun or wish to share (also if left handed). It helps the organisers if I can give them an indication of the expected swim that the child will achieve so if you could indicate how many metres that would be great. Please see entry forms for other information required (i.e. name, age, ponies name, etc).
