I have just received another TET schedule and also some upcoming dates for your diaries.

NEW – Friday 30th October Tetrathlon Competition – East Kent PC

Riding [show-jumping only] - to be held at Blue Barn Riding Centre, Great Chart, Ashford TN23 3DH

Shooting, swimming and running - to be held at The Friars Ashford School, Great Chart. TN23 3DJ

Area 11 are intending to hold a Winter Triathlon League, comprising of the competitions as listed above.

 

Please also look out for the Area 11 postal shoot, details of which will also be available shortly. These can be completed at shoot club on a Tuesday evening (see below)

Thurs 31st Mar Area 11 Tetrathlon Training Day, with Tom Crisp

Sat 9th April Tetrathlon at Duckhurst Farm c/o Ashford Valley

June 4th/5th June Tetrathlon Junior Regional Finals, Moreton Morrell

25/26th July – Area Tet

 

We are still joining OS&B Pony Club for there shoot training and if anyone would also like to go to swim training please email me. Details are:

 

Tuesdays

There are weekly shooting practices at Taylor's Gun Club in East Court, every Tuesday from 5.30pm until 7.30pm. Guns, pellets and targets are provided. Complete beginners are welcome as full training is given but please ring Margaret Allday (via Nicky Collins) first. Children must be 8 yrs old or over. There is a pool table too!

 

Fridays

There are weekly swimming practices on Friday evenings 6-7pm. They are run by Emily Miles (Bright) who is a past OS&B member, a medal winner at Junior & Senior World Championship level in Modern Pentathlon, and one of four National Pony Club Tetrathlon Mentors. All welcome but book in with Margaret Allday (via Nicky Collins) first. Cost £9 for an hour's lesson.
