Happy New Year to everyone.
On the Saturday 14th/Sunday 15th January we have our inter-branch team jumping competition at Ardingly Showground. Most of the Area 11 Pony Clubs will be attending this event so we need a lot of helpers for the day to run smoothly. I give below a list of what we need. When replying, please state job and time slot.
The two days will be split in to three sections: AM 8am-11.30am, LUNCH 11.30am-3pm, PM 3pm-6.30pm
FRIDAY 13th JANUARY
2pm at the Abergavenny Building, Ardingly, to help set up show jumps.
SATURDAY 14th JANUARY
Two tack checkers - AM, LUNCH, PM
Inside steward - AM, LUNCH, PM
Inside arena party - AM, LUNCH, PM
Outside steward - AM, LUNCH, PM
Outside arena party - AM, LUNCH, PM
Runners for distribution of food to all the helpers - AM, LUNCH, PM
Help with changing the course at end of day
SUNDAY 15th JANUARY
