Dressage competitions - replies to Nicola Schulz

Surrey Union PC are running a series of dressage shows on Saturday 11^th November, Saturday 16^th December and Sunday 21^st January, with a points league attached with small prizes awarded at the January competition. All will be held at Sands Farm Equitation Centre in Warnham, Horsham and they are open to members and non members of the Pony Club.

  It would be fantastic if we could have some teams for any of these dates – if you are interested in taking part, please contact Nicola Schulz who is organising all things dressage for our branch, asap as we would need to get entered quite quickly for the 11^th November event.

Class 1: PC Walk & Trot dressage test 2022.

Section A – lead rein only.   Section B – may be assisted but not led.  Section C – independent   £12.00

 

Class 2: PC Grassroots Dressage 2018 – individual and team of 3 or 4 – riders will be also included in the individual competition on their individual score.   £15  per rider

 

Class 3: Pony Club Novice dressage test 2020 – individual and team of 3 or 4

Run in accordance with Spring Festival rules 2021 (see PCUK website)   £18.50 per rider

 

Class 4:  Pony Club Intermediate dressage test 2022 – individual and team of 3 or 4

Run in accordance with the Spring Festival rules 2021/22 (see PCUK website)  £18.50 per rider

 

Class 5: Pony Club Open dressage test 2020 – individual and team of 3 or 4

Run in accordance with the Spring Festival rules 2021/22 (see PCUK website)   £18.50 per rider

 

Copies of all tests available free on PC UK website. Rosettes to 10^th place in each class

pole/grid work rally 4th November

We have a pole/ gridwork rally on the 4th November at Chelwood with Corrine instructing. We currently only have 1 person booked on meaning we will have to cancel. If you're planning on coming then please book on asap. Open to all abilities.

Flatwork rally Tuesday 24th October at Alderlake

Half term flatwork rally at Alderlake, Tuesday 24th October.

Amelia Wilbourn will be teaching, her aim is to develop a partnership with horse and rider in a positive way. And focuses on developing rider's awareness of their position to make positive changes to how their horse is working.

D/D+/C/C+ rally 14th October

Hello,

I am pleased to confirm that we will be running a second C/C+ group so have been able to open up more tickets in the SDHE website. So get in quick if you'd like a place on the rally.

D Group will be at 10.00. We will split the C/C+ groups with one group at 11.00 and one at 12.00.

Please note, the venue has changed to Chelwood Equestrian in the outdoor school and the rally instructor will be Esmee Emeny. The rally will be a great mix of flat work, poles and maybe a jump or two.

A reminder that we have D/C/C+ rallies booked for Saturday 14th October at Plumpton. 

 

A few spaces are left on each so get booking! If the C /C+ rally is full and you'd like to book please let me know and if numbers allow we will try to add another session to split the group.
