Pony Club sweatshirts/t shirts

REDUCED PRICE UNIFORM

We have some uniform items that are on offer at a reduced price to clear stock.

Details of sizes and quantities are below - if there is something you want from this stock for camp, pls let me know and either I can bring it with me on Sunday or you can collect for me either in Wivelsfield Green (my home) or Chailey (yard). Cash payments only pls.

All jumper-type items £10 and t-shirts are £5. Here is a list of what we have:

Child Sweatshirts £10

5 x size child 28,

2 x size child 30

5 x child 34 (I would say the 34 would fit a 12 year old)

Adult size sweatshirt £10

1 x small (ladies size 8 - 10 I think)

2 x large (ladies size 12-14 I think)

Hoodie £10

1 x adult extra large (probably 14 - 16yrs)

1 x 7-8 years

1 x 5-6 yrs

Polo Shirts £10 (these are long sleeved navy with white collar - reasonable thickness - good for xcountry rallies and afternoon riding at camp - if not too hot!).

3 x adult large

5 x 5-6 years,

6 x 7-8 years,

These come up big so a 7-8 would fit 10-11 years. I think They are quite long.

Very Important - Plumpton rally this Sunday

Please can everyone attending the rally on Sunday complete the EHV/Strangles declaration form by Saturday 10am. If you don't complete it, unfortunately you won't be able to attend (these are Plumpton College's rules).

c/C+ rally 25th July

Hi all,

There are 2 spaces remaining on the rally at Plumpton College on Sunday 25th July. This rally is aimed at those working towards their C and C+ tests and the instructor is Sonia Chittenden. There will be 2 groups running - the first 11am to 12pm and the second 12pm to 1pm. The cost is £12.50 per member.

C/C+ gridwork rally 14th August

Dear all,

A Gridwork Rally with Lesley Scorgie will be held on Sat 14th August, 2pm to 3pm at Chelwood Gate. The cost will be £15pp. This will be aimed at those riding at C/C+ level. There are 6 spaces on this rally.

Discount for our SDHE members at Windmill Saddlery

In the lead up to camp, Windmill Saddlery in Cross In Hand is offering discounts across the store to our members for the rest of July and throughout August.

Traditionally they have held an Open Evening, but due to the social distancing measures that are being followed are unable to hold this for 2021

 

A discount of 15% is on offer to our members by showing this e-mail or your camp invitation letter, across the store with the exception of hats that are 10% and back protectors 5%

 

Hats and back protectors need to be fitted and an appointment is necessary.

 

Opening hours are 11 – 5 weekdays and 9 – 5 on Saturday

 

An added bonus is there is a very nice bakery across the road – happy to do some tasting!

Interbranch show jumping 7th August at Hickstead - final call for those interested

Last call for anyone interested in being considered as part of a team for The inter-branch show jumping being held hosted by Southdown Hunt West at Hickstead on Saturday 7^th August 2021

 

Class 1:  70cm Teams: Riders 12 years and under on 1^st January 2021.   Last 6 jumps will be higher. Combinations not to have competed in Novice level or above at Area show jumping or  Area horse trials.

 

 

Class 2a:  80cm Teams: Riders 14 years and under on 1^st January 2021. Last 6 jumps will be higher. Combinations  not to have competed in Novice level or above at Area show jumping or area horse trials.

 

 

Class 2b:  80cm Teams: Riders 15 years and over on 1^st January 2021. Last 6 jumps will be higher. Combinations  not to have competed in Novice level or above at Area show jumping or area horse trials.

 

 

Class 3:  90cm Teams:   Last 6 jumps will be higher. Combinations not to have competed at Intermediate level or above at Area show jumping  or Area horse trials,  or been placed  in the Open class.

 

 

Class 4: 1m Teams:  Limited to 2 associate members per team. Last 6 jumps will be higher.

 

 

 

 

The team event will incorporate an individual competition.

If you are interested in being considered for a place in a team please let me know by Saturday 10^th July  giving the class you are interested in and name of your horse please.

 

 

 

Teams in each class are restricted so therefore places in teams will be limited and subject to balloting.
