Camp forms
A gentle (for now) reminder that all camp forms must be with me by this Thursday, 15th June and camp fees paid in full too. I need to have all passport and vaccination records verified and submitted to RHA for approval in order that your pony is able to come to camp too - please make sure you send the vaccination record itself together with the pages showing the pony name and description/markings etc.
Please, please get these forms to me, I wouldn't like any one to be disappointed that they were unable to come. Missing forms also holds up the organisation of the camps - we are unable to sort yards, rides, kitchen duties, entertainment until all are received - even one missing set holds everything up.
Forms should be delivered to: 32, Chestnuts Close, Lindfield, RH16 2AU - sorry e-mailed forms will not be accepted due to the sheer volume of printing needed for my poor printer and use of expensive ink.
Many thanks for your co-operation and look forward to a very busy letter box!

12.2 - 13.2 pony wanted to buy or for loan
On behalf of one of our members -5* star home and family guaranteed
We are unexpectedly looking for a new pony for our 8 yo daughter, Bay, after the sudden loss of her 12hh2 pony. We are looking to buy/loan/lease/borrow 12hh2 – 13hh2. We don't need anything flashy, smart or particularly competitive but something she can hack, do PC stuff and some fun local competitions. She was doing 70cm SJ & XC rounds, pony club camp and hunt rides on her previous pony so ideally something which can help her pick up where she left off. We offer a busy, loving home with experienced owners but not hyper competitive.

Behaviour when attending rallies
Please could parents and members remember when attending venues for a rally we are all representing our branch and must treat their property with respect.
We have received a report concerning a couple of inappropriate occurrences at the jumping rally held at Felbridge yesterday.
Ideally please don't take dogs to venues - if you really have to take a dog they should remain in the car/lorry or at least under control on a short lead.
Any traveling equine companions must remain attended at your trailer/box - under no circumstances should they be ridden, and certainly not in an arena the Pony Club is not hiring.
Please respect the venues we hire as we would like to continue to hire them and be known as a polite branch.
Many thanks.
Anne Cook
District Commissioner
