We are now inviting bookings for Pony Club Camps in 2015. All relevant details are included in the attached document which you should read carefully as there are some changes. If you are renewing your membership you may combine camp deposit payment with the membership fee.
You do not have to complete the form and return it - I am happy to accept bookings by e-mail but please note that no booking is considered valid until payment of the deposit (£30) has been received. Payment may be made by direct transfer to the branch account (20-49-76 30810541) remembering to give a name as reference.
Once again Candy Robbins will be acting as camp secretary and I am only dealing with the booking and taking of deposits as it makes sense to combine that with membership renewal where appropriate.
