Angela Stafford will be course-walking and warming up for our members riding in Classes 1&2.
The course walk for Class 1 Mini Mini will be at 8.45am. Other classes to follow.
Please ensure you are waiting by the entrance to your arena in time for the course walk prior to your class.
DRAWN ORDER AND NOTES FROM THE ORGANISERS AS FOLLOWS:
Not before times are: Class 1 - 9am sharp. Class 2 - 10.30am. Class 3 - 1pm. Class 4 - 3.30pm. Class 5 - 5.45pm - please note Class 5 will now run as Single Phase.
We will do our best to not run any later than these times but sometimes incidents can happen which are beyond our control.
As you can see from the running order it is going to be a busy day! Parking at Golden Cross is going to be tight so there will be people on site who will tell you where to park and they will have to restrict the amount of space each lorry / trailer to get everyone in so it will not be possible for side ramps to be left down. Where possible, if you can double up with a friend to travel to the venue we would appreciate it. Please also remember that there is an enforced policy of no tying up to lorries or trailers with a haynet, haybag or munch net at Golden Cross.
Can I also remind everyone that as competitors it is your responsibility to ensure your horse / pony's vaccinations are up to date.

Please ensure all ponies and riders are turned out immaculately. Ponies must be clean and plaited, with clean tack and a plain numnah (black, blue, brown or white). Riders to be in beige jods, clean boots with either clips or chaps. Shirt and Pony Club tie and hacking jacket. Hairnets for girls and gloves for all. No "Bling" Please!!
