Camp forms

Please could all attending either day camp or senior residential camp who have not returned their completed forms please do so urgently!

Forms were due in by 10th June - it is now 19th June and I am still missing 12 sets from senior camp and 5 from day camp.  This includes a copy of your horses vaccination record showing all dates when jabs were administered so they can be checked to make sure there are no irregularities that would prevent your horse from coming to camp. If a course of injections has to start again we are running out of time to get these done as there has to be a minimum of 21 days between the first 2 jabs and then a clear 7 days before entering the racecourse.

It is very frustrating for the camp team that until all forms are in we are unable to proceed with camp preparations and equally unfair on all those that have returned their forms on time.

I  hope my letter box is very busy over the weekend!
