At present there are only 3 people booked for the arena eventing rally at Hickstead on Saturday 23rd March. This is so disappointing as we listen to what members would like to do and booked this specially.
The Branch has paid for all the arena hire in advance and will need to cancel unwanted spaces by this Thursday to avoid losing a lot of money. We also need to give the instructor notice of hours not wanted so they have the chance to earn a living elsewhere.
Please if you want to take part could you book by this Wednesday lunchtime at the latest.
Use it, or lose it!
