Please find attached the form you will need to renew your membership of the branch in 2014. If you do not respond by 31 January then your membership will lapse and you will no longer have the Pony Club insurance cover. If you do not intend renewing an e-mail to that effect will prevent being hounded.
You may print the form, complete it, and either post it or scan and email. It is also possible to fill the form in using Acrobat Reader and e-mail the pdf file to me saving paper, ink and postage.
Please complete the Gift Aid Declaration if you possibly can. If every member did that, the branch would be about £2,000 better off.
You may wish to make a bank transfer rather than send me a cheque in which case please note that our account is:

and please give your name as reference.
The reason this message has been sent later than usual is that I did not want transfers arriving before 1 January and thus in the wrong financial year.
