Dear Candy Robbins,
I am writing to you on behalf of a committee of BSc Equine Management second year students at Hadlow College. As a part of our course we are required to plan and run an equine event. Our group is running a lecture demonstration evening with renowned dressage rider Andrew Gould. I am writing to ask if you would be willing to promote ticket sales for this event within your pony club.
The lecture demonstration will be taking place on Monday 20th of April at 7pm. Tickets are £20 with £15 tickets for under 16s and over 65s. There is also a group booking discount with buy 10 tickets get one free. Andrew Gould will be bringing a selection of horses to teach and demonstrate his training methods on throughout the evening. It promises to be an interesting and educational evening. We are also holding a charity raffle in support of the RSPCA Lockwood Centre for Horses and Donkeys with prizes from The Mark Todd Collection, Toggi, Mountain Horse, FMBs Therapy Systems and much more.
We would really appreciate any form of promotion for the event you could do as this will be a very good night. We would like as many people as possible to be able to enjoy it. I have attached a copy of the flyer for the event which has a printable ticket order form.
