Hi All,
So now the times have been released and I have fence judges, you will note that the first horse on the course will start at 10.20am.
Please can I ask the people who have offered to do all day and the morning fence judging to meet for a briefing no later than 9.30am in the marquee, where you will be furnished with all that you need for your very important role in assisting this One Day Event.
The briefing and your fence numbers will be given to you , and please make sure you pick up a lunch bag. There will be tea and coffee provided and there will be extra food/drinks delivered to you out on the course. For first time Jump Judges, please don't hesitate to ask any questions if you are unsure, we are here to help too!
Thank you to everyone who has volunteered it really does mean a lot, and assists us in running this event.
