Please note, allowing members and others to post adverts for members is a service which Southdown East branch of the Pony Club is offering to members as a benefit of membership.  It is done in good faith and without any liability on the part of the Pony Club.  If you enter into any arrangement advertised or purchase any item following an advertisement listed by the branch, you do so as a private individual, without recourse to the Pony Club, and must satisfy yourself that any product or arrangement is suitable for your circumstances.

£130 per month payable in advance

 

Clearwater Farm between H Heath & B Hill

 

·                              12 x 12 stable in large 14 box barn

·                              All year turnout – some individual paddocks and some two-horse paddocks

·                              Separate winter & summer paddocks

·                              CCTV

·                              Use of 40 x 20 outdoor manège and lunge pen.

·                              Riding access onto neighbouring bridleway and private road/farm-track

·                              Summer access (Apr-Nov) access to toll ride

·                              Personal storage and use of secure tack room

·                              Hay can be purchased onsite (livery to provide own bedding, hay & feed)

·                              Assistance available with mucking out, turning out/bringing in etc or holiday/absence cover

·                              Yard manager is a BHS reg. instructor so available for advice, schooling/lunging and lessons
