Helen Burgess-Dinleyici has very kindly agreed to co-ordinate the training that is required for the award of the Road Rider Achievement Badge. This is a pre-requisite for the award of the C test (all is explained here: http://www.pcuk.org/uploads/training/THE_PONY_CLUB_TRAINING_SYSTEM_Dec_2012.pdf)
Helen is thinking of the test taking place on 28th May, most likely at South Brockwells Farm, from 10am to 2pm. Angela Stafford will teach/examine. Please note there is a theory test for which a training DVD and book is required (Branch hope to provide these to candidates on loan). Candidates will have to spend some time studying before the day or will not pass! The minimum age for candidates is 9 years.
Helen then plans to hold a two hours session from 2pm to 4pm for any members wishing to undergo training and assessment for the Mini Road Rider award.
