In August our pony club Mum and supporter Heidi Greenwood has volunteered her time to teach at a school in a small fishing village in Malawi. She will be spending a week in the nursery school that teaches up to 170 3-7 year old's without any qualified teaching staff. She will also be spend time in the community hospital and maternity wing supporting an outreach project that offers contraceptive advice to local girls and women; educating children and empowering young girls.
To help raise money for this charity we have organised a Charity Clear Round Day at Crockstead Derby Course.
Please do support this event! Heidi will be commentating on the day, also on the day Equisnaps photographer and Clare Etherington offering mini Equine Therapy and advise!!
