English Leather Saddle 16 1/2" Paul Jones
GP / Working Hunter Saddle English made.
Clean, Good condition, medium / wide fit, newly flocked and measured by master saddler.
7" D ring to D ring. 2.25" gullet width at rear.
Was used on my teenage daughter's 14.1hh Irish sports pony (Bally) and fitted them both well and was also comfortable for adult riding.
It has a few chips on leather on the cantle which were there when I bought it but other wise no significant marks.
Bally is not easy to fit as he has big shoulders and rump, is fairly wide in summer but shrinks down in winter with fairly low withers but this fit him well.
Also fit a friend's much flatter backed Connemara (14.3hh) so seems to be a versatile saddle. Happy to let you try it if you come to us to collect or will post. I paid £350 for it in 2012 and asking £250 ono.
