Booking and payment of rallies

Dear Members and Parents  I would just like to clarify a few points in connection with rallies.   To book a rally please complete a Rally Booking Form which can be found on the Southdown Hunt East Pony Club website and SEND this, together with cheque, cash or a copy of your BACS payment, to the appropriate organiser.  The details on the form will enable you to be put in the correct ride.  If you want to book more than one rally at a particular venue,  you will need to pay for all rallies booked.  We are finding it increasingly difficult and time consuming to reconcile the BACS payments received for all the different rallies so if the organiser has a copy of all BACS payments made, they will know that payment has been received. Obviously you can pay by cheque or cash as well.   At all rallies please make sure you clear up droppings and hay from around your trailor or horsebox and ensure that all children and dogs are kept with you and not left to run around unsupervised.
