Volunteers please......
Our next Hunter Trial date is fast approaching - 13 September. This is the one generously sponsored by the Turton family and has moved from it's long term date on the bank holiday Monday.
We always have a great day and it is with huge thanks to our organisers and volunteers on the day.
We have decided to set up a dedicated helpers email address, please email me if you are able to help - sdhepchelpers@hotmail.com, I need your name, age if under 18, what times you can help.
Here are the areas we need your help:
18 Fence judges AM
18 Fence judges PM
Car Park attendants:
8am-10am - 2 people
10am-12pm - 2 people
12pm-2pm - 2 people
2pm-4pm 2 people
1 or 2 people to share making 50 lunches for our kind helpers
People to help at the end of the event with breakdown of the course.
There will be a running update on Facebook about how many helpers are required to make it yet another successful event.
